The MASTER factory is an established industrial facility specializing in the design and manufacturing of automotive audio equipment. Housed in a five-story building with a total floor area of 4,000 square meters, the facility comprises a comprehensive range of production lines, warehouses, technical departments, and laboratory units.
In its production operations, MASTER is equipped with three advanced automotive speaker production lines, capable of high-volume manufacturing while maintaining the highest quality standards. In addition, the plastic injection molding unit, equipped with 18 advanced injection molding machines, manufactures speaker housings and related components with a high degree of precision.
With a strong focus on operational efficiency and environmental sustainability, the factory has also established a dedicated plastic raw-material recycling facility, which plays an important role in supporting a sustainable production cycle.
The facility also includes dedicated raw material warehouses, finished goods storage, and a dedicated loading and dispatch area, supporting the efficient management, handling, and distribution of products.
One of the key strengths of the facility is its specialized speaker testing and evaluation laboratory. Together with a professional acoustic chamber, the laboratory enables precise analysis and assessment of the acoustic performance of products prior to their market release. These advanced facilities play a vital role in ensuring the final quality and optimal performance of speakers manufactured at the MASTER factory.
